Yes. There may be dedicated standards for different types of industrial ceramics used in different industries.If you don’t know, our engineers will give a suggestion on the tolerances based on your application, or follow normal standard DIN40680m.

Yes,if it’s our standard part and we have it in stock, we can provide free samples. For non-standard custom parts, we will negotiate based on the actual value of the product as appropriate.

Yes. We support a minimum order quantity of one. If the raw materials are special, we will propose MOQ at the request of the raw material supplier.

Yes. We boast rigorous quality inspection processes and inspection personnel. Once we reach the size acceptance standard with the customer, we will provide professional inspection reports for customer confirmation before each shipment.

Yes. We offer a warranty period of 6-12 months. Issues caused by prolonged or improper storage by customers, or product problems caused by assembly and use beyond one year, are not covered by our warranty.
