Ceramic tubes/rods made of Al₂O₃ can be used in a variety of ways thanks to their excellent properties, especially in the high temperature range. Glass manufacturers use the tubes for process control.

Our tubes are also used in thermal analysis to measure the thermal expansion of materials thanks to their good dimensional stability at high temperatures.

In electrically heated ovens, the tubes are used to precisely position the heating wires. Thanks to the extraordinary abrasion resistance of ceramic materials, ceramic tubes are also used as fiber guides with a very long service life.
