Anchors for fibers with content 95 % Al2O3, the cerafix system is used with the presence of high corrosion with temperatures that can reach up to 1500°C.

Exists in 2 lengths CERAFIX 1 : 70 mm and  CERAFIX 9 : 120 mm.

Description:

The CERAFIX anchor is a combination of ceramic and metallic anchoring which is suitable for fiber blankets, boards or fiber blocks.

The 95% ceramic spike is anchored to the vessel with a 6 mm threaded stud. The threaded stud can be quickly produced in specified lengths to accommodate various lining thickness.

The 95% alumina ceramic washer locks with the ceramic spike using a positive locking mechanism at approximately 1/2” increments. The ceramic washer and spike can be held in the locking position by slight compression with the insulation.

This system is used with a stud PRESSON M6 at the back.
